Tai Po New Market
The market runs the length of Fu Shin Street in Tai Po. The one-storey shop-building at the entrance of the street is the last surviving building of those constructed in 1892, Fu Shin Street is still the main market street and the hub of Tai Po, providing residents in the area with a large choice of fresh produces. Daily necessities etc.

Tsang Tai Uk
Near the approach road to the Lion Rock tunnel is an outstanding example of a fortified village. The name means "Tsangs Big House". Built in the 1840s, it is a large, rectangular grey-brick compound with high, thick walls and tall comer towers. Originally designed as the home for a rich quarry-masters clan, the walled Village gained its current name when it gave refuge to displaced families after the Second World War.

Wong Tai Sin Temple
This district bears the name of Hong Kong most popular Taoist Deity. The large, modern Wong Tai Sin Temple is visited by more than three million worshipers annually, and no other Hong Kong temple presents visitors with such a full range of insight into Chinese religious beliefs and practices.
